Void Race Policy

If a race is declared void by track stewards, all bets on that race are refunded to your account balance automatically. You do not need to contact support — the refund posts within one hour of the official void declaration.

Inquiry Suspension

When stewards launch a formal inquiry, we suspend in-running and next-race betting on the affected runners. This protects the integrity of your open bets and prevents pricing anomalies during the review period.

Account Security
